The aligners are made of smooth, clear plastic and custom-shaped to gently shift your teeth over time. You’ll wear them 20–22 hours a day and switch to a new set every couple of weeks. Because the aligners are removable, brushing and eating stay simple.
For patients with minor crowding or spacing, a limited series of aligners may be all that’s needed. These cases typically require fewer trays and a shorter timeline.
